If you receive products from redcustomboxes.com that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order by emailing zack@redcustomboxes.
Company’s Fault: Please note that chargeback is not an option. However, if the issue is determined to be the company’s fault, we will offer a free reprint of your order. The determination of defects will be made by Plus Printers’ management team..
Client’s Fault: If the issue is on the customer’s side and reprint is needed, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer’s expense, along with proper documentation of the defects and digital photographs (Note: you will be charged for reprint as per company policy). If refund is still desired, the customer must return the printed items, and a refund will be issued after deducting the setup and shipping costs. Have Questions?
